Appointment Agreements

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; however, if you're more than 15 minutes late, your services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. If you anticipate being late, please contact me directly. In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, a fee may be associated. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

I value full transparency when it comes to the results of your hair. Open communication is key to achieving your goals and ensuring we make progress with each session. If you're not completely in love with the outcome, please reach out within a week of your appointment so we can discuss any adjustments. Please note, I do not offer refunds.
